• Please note: Passengers over 280lbs will not be able to fly due to FAA weight restrictions for the aircraft.
Passengers must call the flight line number after 8pm, the night before their scheduled flight, to confirm the status and meeting time. The flight line number is +1-702-608-8382. The flight line will have important information for you, including the time you are scheduled to meet your pilot and a confirmation of hotel pick up times if arranged directly.
• Hotel Shuttle: If you require hotel shuttle you must call 2 days prior to your scheduled flight day on the reservation line (702-553-3039). Additional charges apply locally. Hotel pick up times and locations are given on the flight line after 8pm, the night before the flight (702-608-8382).
• Flights can only be operated with safe winds, clear sky and no rain. In case of unsuitable weather conditions, you will be provided the option to take the tour on an alternative date or be refunded in full.
• Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled due to intoxication, you will not be entitled to a refund.
• This activity is not appropriate for pregnant travelers, those with recent surgeries or broken bones, or those who have had hip or knee surgeries in the past two years.
• All passengers will be required to sign a waiver before the flight
• Due to comfort and weight / balance of the balloon, maximum weight is 280lbs (127kg / 20 stone) per person
• All flight times are approximate and subject to change due to weather conditions and weight restrictions.
What to expect

Passengers will meet their pilot and crew approximately 90 minutes prior to sunrise and be transported to the launch location in Pahrump. While that does make for an early morning, launching in a hot air balloon while the morning sun simultaneously continues to make its way above the peaks of the desert mountains, is an experience like none other!

During your flight, which lasts approximately 45-60 minutes, you will have a spectacular birds eye view of the Spring and Nopah Mountain Ranges, expansive and breathtaking views of Death Valley, and far-reaching sights into Eastern California. As you drift silently and peacefully over the countryside, you can watch for desert wildlife, take that all-important selfie, and talk with envious onlookers down below. Upon landing, passengers participate in a traditional Champagne toast, hear the story of how hot air ballooning began, and how it led to modern day aviation as we know it.
